Agreement
These terms govern use of the Altreonix website at altreonix.com. Using the site means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Engagements are governed by a separate Client Services Agreement signed before any work begins.

What the Site Is
The site is informational. It describes our services, displays portfolio work, and provides a way to get in touch.
Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer. Pricing referenced on the site is indicative and subject to change.
A binding engagement only exists when both parties have signed a Client Services Agreement and a deposit has been received.

Intellectual Property
All content on the site (text, design, layout, logos, graphics, case studies, images, code) is owned by Altreonix or used with permission.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without written permission.
- You may not use the Altreonix name, logo, or brand assets without written permission.
- You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content.
- You may not frame, mirror, or embed any part of the site elsewhere.
Portfolio case studies may include work created for clients. Altreonix retains the right to display this work for portfolio purposes as agreed with each client. The brands, names, and trademarks shown remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable Use
- Do not submit false, misleading, or spam content via the contact form.
- Do not interfere with the site's operation, security, or infrastructure.
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to block access for anyone violating these terms.

Contact Form
Information submitted via the contact form is used to assess project fit and respond to your inquiry. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or obligate either party.
By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate and consent to Altreonix contacting you in response.

The site may link to third-party websites or services for convenience. Altreonix does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
This applies to website use only. Client engagements may specify different governing law in the Client Services Agreement.
